Deepika S

Founder, HummingSun™

Deepika holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology and a Management degree (MBA — Human Resources), with 17+ years of experience across HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, LMS ownership, and mentoring systems. Her corporate career includes state- and national-level assignments with Tata and Canon, and she has been recognised with multiple awards for innovative HR solutions.

She is a certified assessor from XLRI Jamshedpur, and completed XLRI Jamshedpur's Executive Development Programme (EDP) in HRM — a wellbeing enthusiast at heart, the lens she brings to every engagement, not a side interest alongside the work. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification is currently in renewal, a reminder of the same standard we hold ourselves to internally, not just in what we deliver to clients.
